My practice integrates the energy therapy benefits of Reiki with time-honoured traditional healing modalities passed down through dedicated mentorship. Alongside my Reiki practice, I employ traditional healing techniques focused on holistic wellness to support your journey toward deep restoration and renewal.
Before Your Session
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Avoid heavy meals for an hour beforehand. Come with an open mind and, if you like, a gentle intention — something you'd like to release, invite, or simply explore.
You'll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table (or rest at home or distance sessions). Katrina works with light touch or hovering hands over your energy centres. Many clients experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or emotional release — every experience is unique and valid.
You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or emotionally tender.
Drink plenty of water, rest if you can, and be gentle with yourself. Integration can continue for 24-72 hours as your energy settles into its new balance.
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
You can lie down, sit, or rest however feels right. Katrina will send you a message when your session begins and ends.
Many clients find distance sessions just as — or even more — profound than in-person.
